Baked ziti for 11 people- how much pasta?
I'm making baked ziti for the first time- I'm such a bad Italian! The meals for the day will be chicken parm, steak, baked ziti, potatoes and salad. How much ziti would I need to make 1 pan of baked ziti? Also, how much ricotta cheese? I'm so clueless. Thanks in advance!

Depending on how big the pan is I would say 2lbs.

Personally, I would make 2 9x11 trays of baked ziti, with 1 pound of pasta each. It will be easier to serve and if the 2nd does not get used, easy to freeze. JMO.
