Pioneer Woman's. It is ridiculous. I can never go back. It's very decadent. Google it

Re: Baked Ziti recipe?
Ziti, sauce, ricotta mixed with egg, parmesan, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, mozzarella (usually cut up). Layer with sauce, ziti, ricotta and mozzarella. Easy, peasy

Baked Ziti recipe?
I use the Americas test kitchen recipe with a few changes and it's awesome! http://theapronarchives.com/2014/09/04/americas-test-kitchen-baked-ziti/
I change out the cottage cheese for ricotta and add ground beef and a little ground sausage with the red sauce. So good!

Lidia Bastianich's baked ziti recipe is the best I've ever made, but I can't find it online now!

Try the Pioneer Woman and you will NOT be sorry. It's ridiculous! Only thing is- I use a really good jar sauce- like Victorias or Mama Lombardis- rather than make the sauce like she does. Either way is fine but the jar sauce i buy actually tastes better than the one she makes in with the meat

Baked Ziti recipe?
A key to a good baked ziti is to salt the water you cook the ziti in. A lot of salt in the water. Everytime I made it I felt like it had no flavor and then someone told me about using lots of salt in the water and it made a huge difference for flavoring.
