i've been to the ballard stores in florida, and their accessories are really cute! their furniture seems to be on par with pottery barn.

I ordered an ottoman and a large mirror. Quality is great, so is customer service. So I would definitely recommend them.

I've ordered two area rugs from them. They are great quality. We want to order the bookshelves they have that mimic built-ins.

I ordered a dining set, but I've been having problems. So far customer service has been great.
FWIW, I believe they're owned by Frontgate now. (That's who I've been dealing with in Customer Service.)

I have only ordered a light fixture from there so far and it was fine. I really want to order 2 parsons chairs, but i just haven't gotten around to it yet!
ETA: my parents ordered 2 giant mirrors from there and they are really nice.
