Balloons: 1. Where to buy in Huntington? 2. Ever DIY?
1. Are there any places in Huntington where you can order balloons AND they deliver them?
2. since I doubt anybody really delivers balloons, have any of you blown them up yourself? Is it a total PIA???

We try not to do balloons because if they get away they can hurt any animals who try to ingest them.
That said, yes, you can rent a helium tank and do them yourself. The only pain in the tush is tying them closed. That gets old REAL fast!

I've DIY for several of DC's parties. I can tie them pretty quick, so for me it's not a problem, and actually faster than going through the trouble of finding someone to deliver pre-inflated ones.
We get a tank with balloons from BJs. We usually get one mylar balloon as well.

You can DIY with a tank from Party City. Pretty simple. The tank box will even tell you aprx. how many balloons it will fill up.

FYI - BJ's sells a tank w/ 50 balloons for $22
Just to rent one from Party Hardy was $45 w/ no balloons!

I don't think many places deliver. However, I do know that the Dollar Store does balloons too.

I haven't found a place that delivers. I usually order from the Dollar Store by the E. Npt post office...and order enough for when they pop in my car from touching any hot metal.

Wow, I find it odd that no one delivers them. I know Party City doesn't, but if there are any older party places, they usually do. Or some florists can do balloons as well but I am sure you already thought of all this.

I have a lady who does balloons - She comes and sets them up for you. I have used her for birthday parties - very nice and reasonably priced. FM for her info if you are interested.

I would think this is your best chance, since it's a small company.
