Banister/Railing suggestions
Has anyone had a new wood banister/railing installed recently? Would you recommend the company? I'm at a loss as to where to begin!

Our staircase and banister should be ready in a few weeks. We used Deer Park Stairs. So far, the only complaint is timing... they orginally said the middle of July and now they are saying end of August. I'll let you know about the finished product...

We got ours done recently.
Artistic Stair and Rail. 631-368-5542.
He was the only one we found who did the entire process, installation, paint and finishing. Some other companies said they could recommend someone to paint the spindles Ummm, yeah.
This company was meticulous and worked very well with the floor refinishing company.

I recently used Golden Oak in Bellmore. It only took about 2 weeks from the day we ordered it. The guy came over and showed us pictures, I never went there.

We used International Stair and Rail in Smithtown. They were very good and the only ones who called us back!!
