Baptism locations help needed - S Shore Nassau

Does anyone know a place that has a small private room or good private area for a baptism dinner? We dont want to do a big party and have to have a minimum but would like to do dinner out with immediate family & a few friends. But I have a bunch of young nieces & nephews plus my own kids so I know I need somewhere they can get out of their seats and not disturb other people. I just dont want to be locked into commiting to 35+ people. Im in Massapequa so any suggestions would be helpful. TIA

It depends on what you want to spend.

Violettas in Merrick ( sunrise Hwy has a private room upstairs.

La Piazzia in Merrick ( merrick Road) has a private room

BOth are great and are VERY kid friendly

what about Katie Daly's? They have a private room downstairs but you can also sit in the back of the main restaurant.

Or sidekicks on Park Blvd? DH and I had lunch there one day when there was a bridal shower - it's separated a bit from the rest of the crowd.

We had Sarah's and will have Andy's in the front room at Hemingway's in Wantagh. They told me it can do up to 35-40 people, and then if it's bigger you can have the upstairs.

ETA: We only had 20 people at Sarah's.

We had ours at the Asian Buffet in Hicksville. The private room was nice...not sure what you had in mind.

LMAO! You picked 2 places I liked alot but am not considering for 2 reasons. Katie Dalys was great but I just had a surprise party for my DH there in April. Sidekicks was also good, although the room was narrow. I had Taras Christeneing party there and wanted to change it up. So funny though...

too funny.

My DH's cousin had a christening at Hemingways - it was up the stairs away from everyone else.

Her dd's first bday was at Paddy's Loft on 107 - it wasn't a large room but food was good from what I remember.

I think we are having our son's Baptism party at Paddy's Loft. And we had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding at Hemingway's, I like it there a lot. I called again to get pricing but I think I'm going to try Paddy's Loft...it was recommended to me!
