Barbara Walters Betrayed by Star Jones
I have only seen "The View" a handful of times but Star Jones does get on my nerves and this does not seem right:

I think that getting rid of Star was the best thing that show ever did ( I do not watch it regularly, only when I'm home on a day off.. and even then, practically ALL those ladies get on my nerves...but particularly Star)
So if the article is true and she and Barbara Walters had an agreement on how she would leave, Star should've kept her big mouth shut and just left graciously .. without creating drama (as usual) I do not blame Ba-ba for being pizzed at her!
Talk about ungrateful - WHERE would Star Jones be without The View? That show made her famous  Idiot !

I can't watch that show. It's like a bunch of hens sitting around cluckin' and gossiping. They all talk over each other and I can't follow it.
and, I can't stand Star Jones which is another reason I can't watch.

I completely agree. I can't stand Star Jones. I think she's ungrateful and fake.

Although I don't care for Star, I think she brought a level of intelligence and a perspective that the other ladies didn't bring. Until she got engaged, I think the dynamics between all the ladies were great. The absence of Meredith and Star really is going to leave a whole in the show. Joy and Elizabeth are annoying at times and I'm really not feeling Rosie O'Donnell becoming a part of the show.

im so sick of hearing about star and rosie and the view- i feel like every day there is some drama going on with her
she needs to just go away (however im sure shes loving the publicity- bad or good- shes geting attention)

barara walters just made an annoucement on the view. she said that star annoucned her leaving the show to everyones surpise yesterday and she wasnt supposed to say anyting. she found out that the show was NOT going to renew her contract for next year, and that was TRUE. so she was supposed to finish out the summer. but turns out yesterday was her LAST day. shes gone for good.
