I just heard about this from CNN. So sad. They were doing such a good job at his recovery...I am shocked that they had to euthanize.

I am so shocked too. I thought he was doing so well.
I am really upset about it. I know it probably had to be done but I feel so bad for him

I am so sad! My daughter is a horselover and we were watching the race when it actually happened. We've been checking in on his website all the time to see how he's doing. She's not going to take this well!

I dont think he was doing well at all. I honestly think they should have put him down a long time ago..he was suffering and I think they were keeping him alive for the wrong reasons. I am happy hes not in pain anymore.

I agree. I'm glad he's out of pain too. I'd rather see him gone than in pain & only existing for stud purposes.

awww, that is so sad, I though he was going good. But I'm glad they made the right decision for him. DH and I were at the race he broke down in. We had good seats and it happened right in front of us. Everyone was so sad when we were leaving the track.
