I was at a barkan studio to pick up my juice cleanse and I'm curious. I read the differences online but do you find it easier? Harder? The same?

I'm currently so out of shape that last time I went to bikram, I had to sit out most of the class in asana.. But looking to work up to it again.

Thoughts on barkan?
