The baseboard in our master bathroom is not working and it is FREEZING in there.
Has this happened to anyone before? Is a simple repair, or do I need to replace the whole thing?

Could be an air block in the line or the balance between the zones. We've been having some work done on our house and at one point some of the baseboards were not heating up - they came back to make a simple adjustment and they worked fine.
We're out in Suffolk - here's our plumber if you want to give him a call - .

You can see if it has a bleeder valve on it and then bleed the pipes a little. If not on that baseboard, you could bleed the whole system at the main valve and see if that helps.
We had a baseboard that would never heat up. We added a bleeder valve there and now it works. Not sure why it works that way though.

This was one of my chores when growing up. I totally forgot about that.
