basement window curtains
Ok so my basement windows are similar to this. What kind of window covering should i put on them.

I wouldn't waste your money on anything too fancy for a basement unless you are really going crazy with high end stuff down there. I am thining of just getting regular old valances or simple mini blinds (vinyl) that can easily be cut to size - you can get that very cheap at wal mart...

I got cheap extension rods at walmart and then bought valances for them. It was cheap, like $15 total per window and looks neat. Just measure how big of a space you have and buy the proper length valance to cover the window.

What's the purpose? Privacy, "hide" the window, coordinate with something else? Is that part of the basement finished, or just storage?
My basement is just for storage and utility type stuff, and my workshop. I don't have anything on the windows, but if I wanted privacy, I would just put a window film on the windows. Lets all the light in, but nobody can look in.

We don't have any. Ours is similar, and it would be very difficult for the neighbor to see in. The sun doesn't really shine "in" so we just didn't put any in. No real reason to.
