Basic charting question
Hi Ladies, Im thinking of looking into charting going forward but don't have the time to figure it out right now so what I am wondering specifically is what day do I have to start? And, if it is CD1 - what do you do if AF starts at night since I think most of you temp in the AM? Also, if you start on CD2 or 3 does it make a big difference?
TIA

Re: Basic charting question
The best time to start is at the beginning of your cycle.Temping during your period isn't mandatory. If you get your period at night, just start the next day, but list it as CD2.
The main goal of temping is to see where the temp shift occurs, indicating ovulation.

Re: Basic charting question
i don't think it makes a difference if you start on CD2, just try to do it at the same time every morning after that.
i missed my opps this month so i may start temping next month. good luck
