Bath Time for 5 months+
Logan is definently outgrowing his infant tub..
I'm wondering which is better..
Should I get this seat .. or
an inflatable tub?
What do you use?
Thanks

I'd go for the inflatable. I had one for DD and she loved it, I got lots of use out it. I just rinsed/washed it then hung it up.

I had the inflatable too. It was awesome. Easy to clean. Kept the bathwater temp. regulated, etc.

Re: Bath Time for 5 months+
we used the bathseat on DD when she was able to be moved out of the infant tub.
Last night we actually put DS in the seat for the first time. We are tossing the tub.
I like the seat.

Re: Bath Time for 5 months+
I hated, hated, hated the bath seat, we did use it for about a month though
I thought it was impossible to really clean her using that seat. Once she was able to sit up good, at around 7 months or so, we just plopped her in the tub. She loves it, she can crawl around now and try to stand up she is a real daredevil but I think it is easier just putting her right in the tub

We use the bath seat. But not the one that attaches to the side of the tub with an arm, the one from Buy Buy Baby that has suction cups on the bottom. Supposedly less safe but it's not like I ever leave him alone in the tub.
We have an inflatable that we use when we travel and I don't really like it.

We use the inflatable tub. We got it when DD was 9 months and we are still using now that she is 14 months. We LOVE it!

Re: Bath Time for 5 months+
I'm in the minority - I love the tub seat.
It gives him the chance to splash and play and is a LOT less annoying than the blow up tub IMO.
I have a very small house and I had to deflated and inflate that damn thing every night and it was not fun.
I used it for a week then got the seat.
If I had two bathrooms maybe I would prefer the tub, but I really like the seat for the ease of use.
And Logan loves it.

I loved the bath seat, I just retired it at 1. If you have an active baby you should get the bath seat. It contained her during bath time. Now she sits still SOME of the times just in the tub.

Re: Bath Time for 5 months+
DD is 8.5 mos and is still in the infant tub in the sink. She's getting big for it, but it serves it's purpose right now (although my floor gets soaked since she splashes so much!). If I didn't have shower doors, I would probably just put her in the tub, but my tub isn't very accessible with those darn doors in the way!

Re: Bath Time for 5 months+
YEAH Jola!!! I was just about to post this very same question!! I was wondering this myself... because, well, I'm sure you know why. It's getting nearly impossible to bath her in the infant tub in the sink. I was leaning towards the inflatable one myself
