Bathing suit cover up
I'm going on vacation and need a bathing suit cover up, seems like everyone I've tried on makes my hips look bigger than they already are....any suggestions?

I just came back from vacay and use 2 types of cover ups:
1) white gauzy pants from old navy
2) black tube dress w. empire waist
both hit my lower half imperfections

Target still has a bunch of nice dresses available. They are right next to the bathing suits.

Um it was in the juniors section at Marshall's I think
