Bathing suits for chubby girls
Im going to Fl in a few days, and this is the first year im not going to be in a bikini since i was 15. Im having a hard time finding a bathing suit. I feel like im trying to make something look good, that has no hope for looking good. Please help.... I had a baby 7 months ago so my problem areas are my stomach and inner thigh....TIA

top is Tankini bottom is bikini with the skirt (all in one)
I love them. So easy. No "readjusting" all the time.

Re: Bathing suits for chubby girls
I so badly have to start looking for a bathing suit!! I usually do the bikini top board short bottom thing but I don't see very man board shorts out there anymore.
I am thinking of resorting to the skirt but I can't say I am a fan. It just feels old lady to me

Re: Bathing suits for chubby girls
My problem areas are my hips, butt and thighs.
I have yet to find a bathing suit that hides them without calling attention to the area (IMHO- the skirt just makes me look wider and more obvious that I have cellulite).
So- I just make sure to get a full coverage bottom that doesn't squeeze my hip fat. It's the best I can do.
A tankini is a great option to hide the belly though!

Re: Bathing suits for chubby girls
I LOVE landsend bathingsuits.. they sell them at Sears. they have great mix-and -match. i have a tankini with a full-coverage bottom, and then a pull-on matching skirt that is made of bathingsuit material- so I can get it wet, but don't have to wear it all the time.
