Bathroom colors - Cream tiles, or white - with beadboard wainscoting.
White beadboard (half up the wall), white tub, toilet, pedestal sink....
cream tiles (shower & floor), or white tiles (shower, and slate gray tiles on floor)

I wouldn't do cream with beadboard... I love the idea of white and slate gray.

We did white beadboard with white tiles, white toilet sink ect...I love a white bathroom, you can add color on the walls, window dresssing, towels ect, I change this bathroom up all the time with the seasons.

sounds so nice & serene. how does the white grout hold up? do you find it's more maintenance?

i would do white and then use accent colors in your towels and other bathroom stuff.

We have light gray tile half way up in our shower and then white tile above with a slate gray floor. The contrast of the slate gray looks really nice with the white.

we have a gray tile floor, white beadboard halfway up the walls, light blue paint from the beadboard up the walls to the ceiling, and white subway tiles in the shower/tub area. Looks great.
