bathroom fixtures match hardware?
We have a pewter finish mirror/towel ring/tp holder/plant stand from Pier 1 and the light fixture and faucet are chrome/brass. Does everything need to match - I can't find the darker pewter finish but wonder if just chrome would work? Brushed nickel is the obvious choice, but is chrome Ok too?

Doesn't need to match. It's very difficult to get everything to match. As long as you're OK with it, I don't see a problem.

ETA: I wouldnt do chrome with dark pewter I would do brushed nickel
