baths and flea drops
this is probably a stupid question...
i put the flea and tick killer on my dog 2 weeks ago. he loves jumping in the shower and getting wet. last time he let my DH wash him. did that remove the drops?? can we continue to bathe him or will i have to put more drops on?

Re: baths and flea drops
I believe as long as you let the drops dry first you should be fine, It soaks in the skin , call your vet if worried.

baths and flea drops
You just can;t wash him for a few days after you put it on. Then the medicine is absorbed into the skin and works from there.
Im sure you are fine

I'm pretty sure you are good after 24 hrs. It might say it on the packaging

Re: baths and flea drops
my vet recommends not to give baths 3 days within giving any meds to my dog, so if he gets his flea meds on monday then no bath until thursday. This goes for when he goes for his annual shots also
