BBB Complaint - Swings not plugged in! Where can I see swings that swing?

I went to BBB this weekend to check out swings and none of the swings actually swung! They all either didn't have batteries or weren't plugged in.

How can you compare swings without seeing how they function?!?!?

Can you tell me which stores actually have swings that swing?

TIA!

Maybe they were having a bad day, when I went to register I was able to turn on a few

Which BBB did you go to?

I was annoyed because the sales associate really didn't even try to show me how they worked. I think they are never plugged in?

Generally they are all battery operated and I would imagine the batteries probably keep dying on them.

I just pushed them manually - they all pretty much operate the same way and have variable speed settings.
