Great ideas. I ended up roasting mini red potatoes on the grill lasnight - it was super easy and so yummy. First, I boiled the potatoes for about 10 minutes so they got softer - then I dried them with a paper towel, and added olive oil and sea salt to them. And then directly back on the grill they went for about 15 minutes. So GOOD!
