BBQ help

Having a family BBQ and I was asked to bring potatoe and macaroni salad. I don't eat either and never ever buy it. How much would you order for about 15 people?

We always have tons left over. So personally I would do at most 2 pounds each. I think a lot of people don't eat either a lot anymore.
I know if you order deli trays they give 1/2 pound of salad pp. Last time I ordered i had 2 full trays and 2 half trays left over. Next time I ordered I omitted the salads and no one missed them.
