BBT drop a week post-IUI
For those of you who do continue to chart BBT, what do you think of a temperature drop a week post-IUI? I triggered last Sat night, IUI Monday afternoon. When I woke up this morning I had a drop. It seems a bit early for AF, but I guess you never know...? Any ideas? Oh, and I did 6 days of Ganirelix pre-trigger shot. But, I don't think that should effect current temps.

I'm not on progesterone. Could it still be? I didn't know that there is such a thing as an implantation drop.

Re: BBT drop a week post-IUI
It just so happens that I heard from RE office today and Dr. Browne got on the phone to ask how I was feeling. I told her about the BBT drop: she sighed and then said to stay optimistic. Then, she offered for me to come in for progesterone check, so I'm doing that today. Thanks for your support!

Re: BBT drop a week post-IUI
I'm 4 DpIUI and had a big drop this morning. I was freaking out until I remembered that he wind chill was in the 20's outside when I woke up this morning. My room was freezing! That can definitely have an effect on bbt.
I hope your temperature dip is a fluke (or a good sign). How did the progesterone check go?

I won't get progesterone results until tomorrow, but we decided to start me on it tonight anyway - just in case...

Re: BBT drop a week post-IUI
Just keeping you all posted. So, my temp shot back up today. But now, since I freaked and started the progesterone, I'll have no idea if my temp is up b/c the dip was nothing bad or b/c of the progesterone. The P does raise temps, right?

Re: BBT drop a week post-IUI
Progesterone yesterday was 12.8. She said she likes to see at least 13 and considers that to be 13. But, now that I've started the progesterone, I have to stay on it...
