BCP ? for those on low dose or estrogen only
Ok, so since i was pre-eclamptic and had to be induced early, my blood pressure was still high when i went back to the dr and they would only put me on the estrogen only BCP.
I'm on the generic version of Micronor. My question for anyone who's been on this BCP is do you get a normal AF?
Reading this packet says that it's not like the other pills where you have a week of placebo's and that's when you would get AF. So i'm confused.
My problem is with my last DD i was BF so they put me on a different low dose pill which when i stopped BF i got pregnanat while on the pill. And i am so afraid of having that happen again.
Does anyone know anything or have any other info on these estrogen only BCP's?
TIA!

Re: BCP ? for those on low dose or estrogen only
I was on Micronor before I was pregnant with my first and then between my first and second and then after my second until I stopped bfing. I literally stopped taking the pills around day 10-12 of my cycle and was pregnant that month, so I know that it is very easy to get pregnant on them. I was told that you have to be extremely careful to take it at the same time each day, but honestly, I was on it for quite a while and never had a problem with getting pregnant when we weren't trying. I did get my period each month on it.
