honestly..... being a mom of 2yr odl twin boys and just haivng a party for them...
i would say gift cards.... i got an over abundance of toys.... and as nice as it was the outfits.. were 1 not my style ( i dont dress them in character clothes)
2 wrong size. 3 i dont dress my kids identical... everyone thinks its soooo cute to and i had to try to exchange 1 or both.
sooo that said.. gift cards are best.. better at a childrens place.. not so much gap.... or at a TRU or even target.

My nephew had turned 2 in may.. I know the weather will be changing.. but he loves this 3 wheel scooter, doesnt have this specific one.. but something similair.

Gift cards to Target, TRU, clothing stores
GC for their 2 year pictures at KK or Sears or somewhere like that.
