BDTD Moms of babies born mid-late May thru early June

What did you bring your LO home in? DS was born 1/30 and it was FREEZING - so it was an easy choice. But, I've never been around newbies in the late-late spring, early summer. The are due late May... so I'm at a loss. Any help is greatly appreciated!!

DD was born in the beginning of June. I brought her home in the long sleeve footie pj with a cotton matching hat. I think it was in the low 70s that day.

DS was born end of May. I brought him home in a long sleeve cotton outfit/hat and had light bundleme on. It was a very warm day, I think he was fine.

DD#2 was May 23rd. It was actually cool that year. I ended up with a 2 piece outfit that was a long sleeve top and pants with feet in them. I would have a short sleeve and long sleeve outfit available - but May can still be chilly some years so I would probably guess you might want a light weight long sleeved outfit.

DD was born on June 10. We took her home in a two piece long sleeved outfit - no hat or blanket. It was pretty hot out.

Dd was born June 9th and I brought her home in one of the Carter's sets that had footie pants and a short sleeve onesie and matching hat. I had a plain onesie on as an undershirt and put a little sweater on top when we took her out.

DS was born May 26. We brought him home in just a short sleeve onesie, socks, and a hat. It was pretty hot out. I had brought pants to the hospital too, but he really didn't need them.

DS was born mid June...it was warm but not HOT when we came home DS came a home in a onsie with a hat (DH picked it out when he found out we were having a boy ) but he was covered in a blanketin the car seat.

DD was 1st week of June and I brought her home in a long sleeve outfit with a hat.

my dds were born may 13
i brought then home in one piece footed pajamas, with hand crocheted sweaters over that and handmade hats

jack is 5/6 and it was chilly - 50ish. we dressed him in a sweatsuit and onsie and a blanket and hat of course

DD was born 6/3 and we brought her home in a long sleeve cotton footie. It was a warm day but I was nervous about the a/c in the car. DC#2 is due at the end of May and if it's a girl we may use the same outfit ( ), if a boy the same type of outfit.

DD was born 5/26 and we came home 5/29. She wore a short sleeved onesie with a sundress and bloomers (LOL) over it. The dress was sleeveless. No socks and a thin summer weight blanket.

i have one born memorial day weekend and another late june. go with layers. onesie, pants, and some sort of light jacket/long sleeve shirt option. you don't know what the weather will be but you are going to be more inclined to go for something warmer than lighter with a brand new newborn.
