beach location for photo shoot
i know a bunch of brides had photo shoots on the beach after their weddings so i figured i'd ask a bunch of former brides lol!
my sisters and i want to give my parents a photography package for their anniversary. we want to have it be the 2 of them, their daughters, our husbands, and the grandkids. we wanted to do it on the beach when it gets warmer. but what beaches allow something like that? do i need to get a permit?

Smith Point in Shirley. No permit needed, just can't be "in" the dunes. We did some wedding pics there...beautiful!!

Sunken meadow we did our wedding pics there, I have some in my album. They have a boardwalk, and an very interesting brick walk out thing, and they also have a rock jetty. and for the north shore, they have a lot of soft sand
FYI- your supposed to get a permit to take pictures on any state property.
we didn't get one though and had no trouble.

I know Lori (AvaJack Photography) goes to Sunken Meadow. She's scouted out the entire beach along with the times the light is good & the mosquitoes aren't out...so she'd be a perfect person to ask.
