beachbody/piyo
For those of you that use beachbody on demand... is piyo included in the regular membership? I was thinking about doing 30 days free/3 month membership after if I like it.

I didn't do it on demand but I did 4 weeks of Piyo and liked it but felt I wanted to lose more weight before I finished it. I have about 15 more to go and started Turbo Fire to get more cardio in before piyo where you will def tone up really well. I didnt lose much with piyo but def got stronger and tighter

I just signed up through the website and it was included in the 1 yr all access membership but not the 3 or 6 month membership. I got the 1 yr all access and did my first PiYo workout this afternoon and LOVED it!! I am actually looking forward to tomorrows workout and i haven't looked forward to a workout in a long time.
