Beaches- Turks and Caicos

It looks like we'll be going in October- Since I use to work in travel, Ive known this is a place I wanted to visit...and Im a big fan of the Sandal/Beaches chain!

We will be renewing our vows, as well as bring our son (who will be a little over a year then)...

Anyone been to this particular resort? and or done any of the above???

Re: Beaches- Turks and Caicos

Thanks...

Did you see any vow renewal there...or weddings?

Turks is a beautiful Island!!!

As far as food goes.... DH is so picky- and will probably only eat at the american type/steak type place.... How was that??? and what kinda food was there?

How do you think a one year old will do??

My friend and I went with her 8 month old son to Curacao (We stayed in Super Clubs "breezes") He loved the pool, and just loved walking around....

Your one year old would do great there.. It was really all families so a one year old running around making noise and playing everywhere would fit right in!

Im trying to think of the steak place..hmm
The diner had burgers, chicken nuggets, pizza etc..

southwestern place had some steaks, chicken, fish.. was again.. OK.. nothing was bad at all.. but like I said, nothing was GREAT..
Seems most ppl there felt the same way.
STeak there reminded me of like a steak from sizzler not from outback.

There was a japanesse place where they cook in front on you..

There was an italian place

there was an american restaurant with just about everything too

Saw no weddings or anything..

Cant for the life of me remember a specific steak place.

Also.. the grounds were very big.. we had done some research and asked for the rooms closests to the water park. This was centerally located in the middle of the property so we were closests to the waterpark, childrens pool,playgrounds.. but also right in the middle to get to anything else.
