Bearytales talking teddy...
It says ages 3 + but I think my DD would love to hear a story from him and watch him move. Do you think it is silly to get her this for Christmas this year?

I think you can get it for her. My DS is 6 months old and he loves story time. He just sits on my lap and doesn't move when either I or DH read to him. He looks at the book and his eyes move from left to right when I read.
He also looks up and gives us this smile. It's amazing it's as if he understands the story. We read the same story to him every night so maybe that's why he smiles cuz he sees the same colorful pages and the same characters.
DH and I take turns reading him the same two books. One is called "Mommy loves me" and the other is called "Daddy loves me".

I want to get this for my DS too... More because the bear's name is TJ and we call DS TJ... But I'm so getting it for him!!!!
