becoming a real estate agent
Does anyone know what is involved with this? Or what kind of money you could make doing it part time? I need to make some extra money and am trying to think of way to do it.

It takes a 45 hr course and passing the state exam
You can take the course in 2 weeks
the state exam is every month I think
You can definitely work PT and make FT $$. But you wont make it immediately.
Real estate transactions take months to close and thats when you get paid.

I have my license and had the best intentions of doing it part time. It is HARD, especially since I didn't go to a 'big" firm and get proper training, which I feel is important.
My hours at my full-time job make it really hard to do during the week, but I would love to start it upa again......maybe after babies....
It isn't difficult to get the actual license, you go to the class, take the state test and get sponsored by an agency...
