I have never been there but love the town of Kent. I live in CT about 30 minutes away from Kent.

The Steam Boat Inn. We went there twice and really enjoyed it.

Where in CT?
We got married at the Wake Robin Inn, so of course, I'd recommend that.
Much closer to Long Island is Old Saybrook (about 20 minutes west of Mystic) and we've stayed twice at the Deacon Timothy Pratt House, so I'd recommend that too.

Looking anywhere in CT for now.
Thanks everyone.
