Bed Bath & Beyond - will they take back a faulty item?
I have no receipt and I think I paid in cash..
I bought a cookie sheet that claimed to never burn cookies. It worked great, except it went from being the color shown in the pic, to being black. It is dishwasher safe, so I don't know what happened. It's all unsightly and tarnished now.
Will they take it back?

I got those for my wedding shower and the same thing happened! I spoke to the company, got a new set and am just careful of what I cook, rinse right away and put in the dishwasher...definitely try BBB though..they are usually good

I had the same one and the same thing happened to me too. I just bought a different type to replace it, well 5 years later it is happening again. I guess these things don't stay shiny for that long. I saved the manufacturers warantee though. Since the color does not effect performance I am keeping the baking sheet.

They will absolutely take it back!

they are really good with that stuff... they just took back $240 of sheets (2 steps) that fell apart and have me store credit.

Yup, one of my chairs got a crack up the leg 4 months after I got it, and then let me exchange it.

I have the same one and the same thing happened. I still use it, though. I don't think it affects performance or test, but good god it looks terrible!
