Bed Bath & Beyond return policy?
My sister registered for and received a bedset (last year). She never opened it because she wanted to wait til she was in her house. She is finally getting ready to move and she just noticed that the bed set is not the right one (the wrong color shceme). Will she be able to exchange it for the right one or maybe get a credit? I don't even think that she has the gift receipt.

ive returned things w/o receipts and even w/o the box! they will give you store credit.

They keep record of their registries for two years after the wedding date.
They will be able to look it up.

They will take it back - they will only give her though the price it's currently selling for (if it's gone down since then).

they take almost anything back. when my brother worked there, a little old lady brought a visibly used bath mat back. they exchanged it for her, no receipt, no questions asked.
