Bed Bath and Beyond Vent
WHen someone purchases something off your regisrty - and obviously also bought stuff for themselves (shampoo, etc), why do the moronic cashiers scan that ONTO your registry??
I just had to delete so much stuff off!! (unless someone was buying me mens shampoo and a loofah??)

It's the way their system works, anything that is bought during the transaction goes onto the registry.
It does help though! I registered for a dustbuster and there was more than one model for the same price so I ended up with three and it made it easier to return.

when I buy stuff off of people's registries - they usually ask what is on there and what isnt
don't you just love multiples  id rather NOT register and let people buy me whatever!

That's nice, I haven't ever really purchased non-registry items at the same time as registry items there.
I ended up with a ton of multiples!!! The dustbuster was really the only thing that showed up on the registry though.

I don't think they do it, the computer does. It really is a poor design of the system.

yeah their registry system is a little whacky...just keep tabs on it, make sure nothing pops up that you didn't register for...I had to delete things a few times too.
In the end I only ended up with two multiples

I agree on all accounts - its a poorly designed system but that still is my favorite store in the world!!!!

today alone I had 5 different shampoos, curtains, a blanket (hopefully for me, it looked so soft), some loofas.
