DH has horrible allergies and is about to schedule his second sinus surgery. In addition to taking allergy shots, we have to use these mattress and pillow case protectors which go under our bedsheets. Also, make sure you are washing your bed sheets in HOT water at least weekly.

His surgeon also suggested we get an air purifier since he is so badly allergic. Of course, the paperwork we received from his allergist and his surgeon have these frickin bugs all over the place. I hate to even touch the papers - ick!

you mean pictures of bugs all over the paper???   that would creep me out too!!

YUP!! And me with the bug problem, I can't even see a picture of one without freaking out!!!!!!!!
