where did you all get your bedding and what theme are you doing the nursery in?
also, if you don't mind saying, how much did you spend on the bedding set? i'm finding alot that i like, but it all seems like a lot! just wanted to know what's "average"

My set is called "Olivia" and we bought it at BRU. It was $189. We picked out paint and we're putting up chair rail and then doing the top half a pale pink to match the bedding and the bottom a pale green to match the bedding. Image Attachment(s):

Our bedding is about $230. IL's are getting as part of their gift for baby. We painted the nursery a sage green. We really don't have a theme. Image Attachment(s):

wow! these rpices seem so high to be for a babys bedding - but then again, this is my first child - this is all new to me. can someone please tell me exactly what is included in these bedding prices? (I know silly question..) thanks for your help!

Walmart.com had some REALLY cute bedding sets for much less money. I found a set from there that I LOVED and even bought it....it was made by Carters. But DH preferred the Olivia set, so we went with that.
My Olivia bedding set ($189) is a 6 piece set and included: comforter, bumper, bed skirt, fitted sheet, valance for the window and diaper bag.

ETA: again...here is a cute set from Walmart for $34 and it includes:
Soft, warm comforter for baby's indoor and outdoor comfort
Full-sized bumper

We got Vintage Baby at BRU. The 6 piece set was $189. With all the accessories, window treatments, lamp, mobile, etc it was around $350. Image Attachment(s):

Yeah there are! Good luck! Shipping isnt bad either and if you decide you dont want it, you can return it to a Walmart store and not pay for return shipping.

I spent WAY more than I wanted or expected to, but it was a weak moment and I loved the set. We needed gender nuetral and I was having a hard time finding anything I liked that would suit a boy or a girl AND my taste.
Its GORGEOUS though, and handmade (real important for the baby to spit up on  )
Most of the other sets I looked at were under $300.

thats an extra added bonus! I got scared hearing the prices over the other bedding people were talking about - $200+ seems like a lot for baby bedding. my own didnt cost that much LOL
