beef barley soup, do you have a recipe to share?

i had never had this.

tried it this past weekend and i loved it

can someone share their recipe, please

I've been making this recipe its simple & easy comes out great! I also add a splash of red wine (like a cab) after I brown the beef, really makes the dish!
eta you can add chopped celery or I add kale at the end :)

eta Oh and I also throw maybe a few 3-4 potatoes in (quatered)

Ingredients:

* 1 tablespoon oil
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* 2 medium carrots, chopped
* 32oz beef broth
* 1/4 cup barley
* approx 1lb stew beef, diced

Preparation:
In a large Dutch oven or saucepan, heat oil; sauté garlic, onion, and carrots for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until tender. Add beef broth, barley, and beef; cover, reduce heat and simmer barley soup for 45 to 55 minutes, or until barley is tender, stirring occasionally.
Beef barley soup with vegetables serves 4.
