Beef stew or beef with gravy?

Craving beef stew or beef with gravy, but not idea what to put in it...and can i cook it in a pressure cooker, b/c I don't have a crock pot?

Just made it the other day. Get chuck meat cubed up. I buy packages of frozen veggies that are specifically for stew and I also add a package of green beans and extra carrots

I use one package of lipton onion soup mix. I brown the meat first, then add veggies, then water, then lipton soup mix..

Cook it for about 1.5-2 hrs until the meat is soft.

I also cook beef stew in a pressure cooker.

First I brown the meat with some A-1 sauce. cook for 8 minutes. Then add vegies...I put in cut up potatoes, fresh little carrots, frozen green beans and frozen corn and cook for 8 minutes. Take it all out of the pot leaves any juices in the pot. Then in a cup I mix some water, flour and Gravey Master and pour that in the pot and simmer so it thickens. Pour gravey over food and EAT!
