I sautee garlic and onions in EVOO. Then I brown sliced top round sirloin. Add 1 bag oriental veggie mix, 2 beef boullion cubes, couple splahes of soy sauce, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup OJ and a few splashes of a Ken's teriyaki marinade. Let cook together and sauce reduce. Serve over rice or spaghetti (tossed in stirfry mix) as a lo mein.
