Re: Before Baby Trip
I wouldn't think so it's a US terrority. I'll check for you.
Given Puerto Rico’s relationship to the U.S., traveling to and from Puerto Rico is much like traveling between the 50 states. Therefore, no passport or immunizations are necessary for a U.S. citizen or national traveling to Puerto Rico. However, some form of identification, for example a driver’s license, passport or an original copy of a birth certificate, should be carried to evidence U.S. citizenship or nationality.

Re: Before Baby Trip
We went to puerto rico last year. It was one of the stops on our cruise trip. You don't really need your passport for PR but I always bring it with me just in case.

Re: Before Baby Trip
You don't need passports. I loved Puerto Rico - it was one of my favorite places. DH and I were thinking about going there for our last 'alone' trip together, but decided to go to Florida instead to save some money. Would you stay in a resort? Only reason I ask, is because my IL's just stayed in a condo - and they loved it.

i dont like the idea of staying at someone else's place. i would definitely stay in a hotel or resort.

Actually let me see if I can find a website - it really isn't someones condo - it is a no frills resort.
