Before Pictures Question
This may be a really stupid question but how does everyone get Before pictures with the seller's furniture in it? Do they let you walk around and take pictures of their house with their stuff in it? When did you do this- before you closed, before the final walk through?

Re: Before Pictures Question
I may have posted some "before" pics that I saved from the RE website, which had the sellers' stuff in the pics. Otherwise, we took ours before we moved our stuff in. The sellers had been gone a few days at that point.

Re: Before Pictures Question
I took pics with the seller's stuff still in the house. I took them when the engineer did his inspection.

AFter our offer was accepted by the owners I asked to come back and take pics. They had no problem with it.

Re: Before Pictures Question
It's also a good idea to bring your camera with you during your walk-though incase there is anything you want to document for example, any new damage to walls etc.
