Being at home with pets

Anyone notice a change when they are home for long periods of time. I've been home for 5 days and I've never seen my animals happier. They all want attn though which is getting a little annoying as they like to all be right next to me. This is the first time in days they haven been piled on me.

YES! Two of my three pets become very attached to me when I am home more frequently. I have been working from home a lot and I feel like they follow me where ever I go. DH calls my one bird Velcro bird.

yup! normally they are alone from 1pm-6pm while dh and i overlap our work shifts. but i've been home for almost the last 6 weeks, waiting to have a baby, and they get sooo attached to me. my maltese cries at the window when i leave, and even if i'm gone for an hour, they act as though i left them for a week. they are definitely extra clingy and extra cuddly - i love it.

YES! DH works from home M & F by the time Monday rolls around Huxley is so much calmer. Darwin is pretty much the same guy day in/day out.

With the way DH's schedule is and between me only working 3 days last week and us trying to conserve gas all weekend someone has been here with them every day since 10/26 - so 11 days... Huxley has been 1000x better. I dread when DH goes back to the office tomorrow, Huxley is going to be a nutcase.
