being sick and stressed.... can it make your AF come early?

The end of December had a really bad sinus infection, then I got AF early. 26 days later it came regularly, then I had a touch of the flu- not full on flu, I had the flu shot, so it was not as bad as it could have been, and I have been stressed out about a few things- came up on the anniversary of my Mom's passing, and DH works crazy hours- up at 5AM, we both work, I work a job of at least 4 people at my office, then first run errands, wait for DH to get home at 8ish so we can sit down eat dinner ad then DH stays up till 11-12 ish , his Best friend calls at 10ish all the time. I am falling of my feet,exhausted. Can this craziness be causing my AF to come early, I had this once before and went to the doctor and it was when it was when I was super stressed out w/ my wedding, etc. Can being this stressed and super tired be causing AF to show up early? Any advice?
PS Just told DH I need to get to bed at a specific time every night, his friend cannot call at all hours and I need to try to take some time out for myself-I also mightstart to walk a little bit if I ever have any time to do that.

I would bet that being sick/stressed could throw off your schedule. Although stress has never changed my AF schedule, I can definitely say that stress/anxiety can affect you physically in a LOT of weird ways. At least that's what I've experienced. I'm sure you have nothing to worry about... but there is always the option of seeing the doc to make sure.

I had MAJOR stress in the beginning of January, Im usually like clockwork but it came 3 days early!
