Being thankful
Why is it that some people are only thankful or their life is just perfect ONLY when something good happens to them?
I find this incredibly annoying

I'm not sure, I always try to be thankful even in my darkest moments.
Just the fact that I'm alive and that I do have what I have, it's enough for me to be thankful.

I'm thankful everyday for what I have. Even when I have my bad days, I still try to focus on the things in my life that I should be thankful for.

Inside I am always thankful that I am so lucky to be healthy and have people who I love around me but on the outside I am doom and gloom alot. On a daily basis it is hard to be cheery all the time.

i don't think people need or should be cheery all the time but i hate when a co-worker of mine says

Maybe they are just words to her and she doesnt really believe it. I feel extra lucky when good things happen to me. Not like spirits came down for me and me alone but just extra lucky.
