Re: bella band question
I think you are going to get mixed reviews depending on the person. For me, I tried it once and my pants kept falling down and the thing was riding up. I didn't like it at all.

Re: bella band question
it kept my pants up-- but I still was fidgeting a lot. I bought a black and a white one and I think wore it twice. I have heard it's great for after the baby too or late in the third tri as well for a little extra coverage, so hopefully I didn't waste 50 bucks on the two.

My butt isn't small and it has been working really well for me....
I am 27 weeks and still using it! I have some maternity pants, but mostly use my own with the band...

Re: bella band question
I'm still using it at 18 weeks. However, it is getting a little snug It's definitely worth a try!

Re: bella band question
I hated the bella band. It kept riding up the back and at the same time my pants fell down. It led to some crack exposure So, I ditched it after a week and I am just wearing slightly baggy maternity pants. I felt that anything tight on my tummy was making me so sick. So I just took the plunge... very early.. and I am so glad that I did.

My pants are wide open- can't even zip and it holds them up just fine! I LOVE THAT LIL PIECE IF SPANDEX

Re: bella band question
I wore mine my entire pregnancy. I used it pre maternity clothes, with maternity clothes, and post partum. I loved that thing.

I know that most people love it but I hated it. I felt like my pants were falling down you could tell that my pants were unbuttoned.

Re: bella band question
I loved the bella band. Don't expect to wear any tight shirts, because your pants will never sit smoothly when they are open. I felt that it gave me a few more weeks before needing to buy maternity pants. I would recommend getting one, but that's JMO.

Re: bella band question
I wore it during my 1st and now with my second. I definitely agree that you can't wear tight shirts over it because your pants won't be smooth, but, for me, it was a great way to get more use out of my regular pants and I felt like it worked well.

Re: bella band question
I like it - at 17 weeks I don't need it yet - but I've worn it a few times when I was bloated and it's fabulous !! - I'm hoping it keeps me from having to buy maternity suits for work - We'll see how long I can last though.......
