Bellini furniture????
We are are possibly interested in buying this brand although the crib seemed more expensive than others we had seen at Behr's. Baby Bargains rated them a B-. I was curious if anyone has bought from them, is buying from them and what kind of experience you had???

Re: Bellini furniture????
they are incredibly expensive, so much so that when you go into their store, the prices aren't even displayed....I bought a huge used set of bellini stuff for $1000 through newsday, I got a tall changing cabinet, 2 corner changing cabinets, a tall dresser, a short dresser, a lingerie chest and a night stand (no crib). It's made well and I love it, but there is no way I could have paid full price for it.

Re: Bellini furniture????
I opted for Behrs and was happy with them. If you don't mind spending the money, the resale value on Bellini cribs is very good.

Re: Bellini furniture????
We bought Bellini 2 1/2 years ago (crib, armoire, glider, ottoman, dresser and hutch). Yes, it's expensive, but we've had no problems with it at all. It's money well spent, IMO.
My sister bought a Bellini set 12 years ago and my brother and his wife will be using it this June.

Re: Bellini furniture????
we bought from Bellini, we paid around $2000, They were much more helpful than Behr's and I loved the furniture, I also liked that they never discontinue so in the long run you can add on to your childs room if you want.

We bought our set at Bellini also - but we looked at Buy buy baby and Babies r us and found 2 sets that we liked that weren't that much cheaper than Bellini's. We just decided to go with Bellini's.

Thanks for all of the advice ladies. We will look at Behr's once more and a couple of other stores and then make a decision .

Re: Bellini furniture????
I got my DD furniture their and I love it!! Very good quality! Its expencive but worth it. We spent around 2,800. All of her furniture though can be changed into something else as she grows, like her crib turns into a bed and her changer turns into a desk.
