Re: Belly Band?
The belly band is used with your pants to make them fit more comfortably during the day. I never heard of someone using it in their sleep.

Re: Belly Band?
The belly band wont help lol Its for your pants. I hate it for pants actually. Mine isnt that tight though so maybe I got the wrong size.
I get that too when I roll over or get up too quick, or bend, or pretty much anything. Do you have endo? My Dr. said since I have endo, the uterus tries to stretch and sometimes gets caught up on the endo and cant stretch so you feel a twinge.

Re: Belly Band?
i never heard of it being used for your back but i definitely need one for my pants!
i sometimes feel back pain when i first lay in the bed on my back, i usually have lie on my side and stretch for a little before i can lie on my back. I was thinking i'm just out of shape that's why that was happening.....what kind of pain are you having?

Re: Belly Band?
Nope, no endo. Just pain when I roll over..... my groin ligaments kill me. I might try a boppy wedge type thing for now to support my belly. My back doesn't hurt.... is that normal?

Re: Belly Band?
I got sharp shooting pains when pullin up my pants yesterday. Pulling.up.my.pants! The most mundane thing. I still get hem at 11 wks while rolling over and getting up too. Your uterus is all stretchy now.
