I was going to get one, because I was carrying low and thought it would start to really hurt my back. But I held off, and never needed one.

That's what happened to me. I was going to get one all along this pregnancy but ended up never getting one.

I really needed it because I was carrying so low and also had some issues with my back.
I say worth it! Not the most comfy in 100 degree weather, but def. worth the money.

I bought it & used it twice around the house, but find it very uncomfortable. It does help though & its only about 15.
