He probably took down the license plate number and vechicle info on the registration to give to his business manager as it's to risky to leave his information.

Actually TMZ reported he did leave his phone number! LOL

My guess is that it's not his personal cell or house #, probably a business #, but you never know. He does seem to sort of forget his celebrity status.

I would love to see the person's face when they call to talk about the cost and they find out it wass Ben Affleck who hit them and left the note.
Though it would be even funnier if he left a fake number just because he was in front of the paps and had to leave something. I've seen it done before!
