I don't know anything about Benefit's Brow Bar, but I can vouch for Rosie at Anastasia Brow Studio at Nordstrom in Roosevelt Field. She does a great job!

It's on the first floor in the back of the cosmetics department. There are two treatment rooms back there. If you ask anyone in the cosmetics department, they'll point you in the right direction.

It costs $30 for eyebrows. To me, it's worth it. My brows always look great and it lasts for at least 4 weeks for me. Other places I've been to, they start looking unruly after about 2.

Wax. I'm not sure what kind of wax she uses, but I barely feel it. I used to get threading done at Red Door in Garden City and found that to be much more uncomfortable.

I just switched from the Patchogue location to the Smiththaven one. IMO the girls at Smiththaven do a much better job. I really like Ashley.

It was good! I've been going to the Chinese ladies pretty much all my life besides the handful of times I had the spa do them and today when Kathy waxed I felt NOTHING!
She started off by mapping out my eyebrows and showing me where she will wax and what look she was trying to achieve for them. She also showed me where she would like me to grow them in a little more in the next 2 weeks.
She waxed, tweezed, trimmed a few times until they were perfect...she then filled them in for me to how I like it (no pencil, no alarmed look, no bert and ernie) She was really good I will definitely be going back!
